What People Are Saying
-
My aunt was not only navigating the logistics of whether to pursue short or long-term care and which facilities could meet his needs, but also the deeply painful reality that her husband was becoming less and less like himself. Constance was everything we needed during one of the hardest seasons our family has faced. She was patient, knowledgeable, and above all, human. Every question — no matter how small or how many times it was asked — was met with grace and a soft landing...my aunt was able to successfully place my uncle in a facility close to their home...Constance is exactly who you want in your corner. She doesn't just know the answers — she knows how to hold you through the questions.”
-
Her willingness to support others and foster teamwork was one of the most valuable aspects of our collaboration. Working alongside Constance brings a sense of peace and confidence, knowing she has the experience and resources to provide fresh ideas, answer questions, and help find effective solutions. She is consistently professional, organized, knowledgeable, and compassionate in her approach to older adults, families, and care teams. I would recommend Constance’s services to anyone seeking guidance in attaining and maintaining the quality of life and dignity of older adults."

Her plan was a most helpful and thorough resource for me. It provided a listing of (6) facilities in my area. In addition, what questions to ask with my visit to the facility (entrance fees, care add ons, etc.).
I highly recommend this service if you need help in finding Assisted Living or a Memory Care placement. Although it is not based in Georgia, she found quality sites for us to visit in Georgia.
